Located at North Karnataka, India, we proudly introduce ourselves as a Resin Coated Sand manufacturer and an owner of Quartz Stone. Having developed our premises at an area holding easy access to railways and roadways, we have managed to satisfy all our clients by delivering all the consignments within stipulated time frames.
Company Profile
Hyderabad Karnataka Minerals & Chemicals was founded by Mr. Md. Mazhar. S. Choudri., B.E (Mech) in 2007-08. This was as a small scale Resin Coated Sand manufacturing unit, established to serve the dynamic needs of the foundry industry. We have now grown as a quality-focused enterprising unit and have attained a leading position amongst our competitors.
Area and Capacity
The infrastructural premise of our company sprawls across a total land area of 1 acre. Apart from this, we have a 6000 sq ft of raw material storage facility covered with tin shed, 3200 sq ft working space, 1000 sq ft warehouse for finished goods and a separate administrative and laboratory space in 900 sq ft. We also have a separate area for Sand Drier and Resin Sand Coating unit.

- Resin Coated Sand: To carry on a production of Cores & Moulds by Shell Process having splendid hot strength, Resin Coated Sand is an important element. Prepared using high grade Silica sand, Quartz sand, Ceramic sand, Zircon sand and Chromite, it is procoated with phenol – formaldehyde (PF) resin and catalyst to ensure a free flowing, smooth and moisture resistant nature.
- Non-Ferrous Casting: We are offering products featuring non-ferrous casting like cylinder block, cylinder head, hollow pipes and water jacket manifold, which are acknowledged for their splendid collapsibility and smooth surface finish.
- Cast Iron/S.G.Iron/Alloy/Cast Iron: This is suitable for production of a wide product line comprising turbine housing casting, crankshaft, camshaft, water jacket valve guide, etc.
- Steel Casting: Sand having low content cores and moulds of nitrogen can withstand high thermal shock resistance. Thus, this grade is widely suitable for petrochemical valves, jaw tooth, block, head, etc.
- Quartz offered by has holds a silica content of over 99.2% or more.
- Our range of Resin Coated Sand varies from 40AFS to 120AFS.
- We strive to provide improved collapsibility and better surface finish via 80 to 85% of RCS in 3 sieves distribution.
- Sand has splendid flowability.
- Thorough curing of cores also exists.
- It can withstand thermal shock and the moulds are crack resistant during pouring.
- Moulds do not get any sub surface cracks and their ejection is smooth
- Steel Castings hold a low content for gas and nitrogen.
- Aluminum Casting acquires good collapsibility
