Resin Coated Sand
Grades for Resin Coated Sand:
This is a range of a Resin Coated Send used in production of cores & moulds by shell process with superb hot strength. It is prepared form high grade Quartz sand, Silica sand, Ceramic sand, Chromite, Zircon sand by procoating it with phenol - formaldehyde (PF) resin and catalyst. This resin - coated sand is very smooth, free flowing and dry with good resistance to moisture.
Grades for non-ferrous casting
Our product line for various non ferrous casting such as cylinder head, cylinder block, water jacket manifold and hollow pipes with good surface finish and excellent collapsibility.
